Cedar Meadow Patio is the title of our online store depicting our product line and is not the name of the business responsible for any transaction made on this website. Our furniture products are manufactured from genuine clear Western Red Cedar and rust resistant zinc plated hardware. The parts for our product line are cut, bundled into kits, and shipped from Alberta, Canada by experienced craftsmen. Our home offices are based in central Massachusetts. Since Western Red Cedar is not native to the east coast, we work with craftsmen in western Canada to bring you the best quality hand-crafted cedar outdoor furniture possible.
Orders placed to Cedar Meadow Patio for Patio Furniture are shipped free of charge via UPS ground and should take between 10-14 days to arrive on the average. During busy periods, that delivery time could be extended as orders are assembled into packages. Orders are handled as quickly as possible and should not exceed 24 hours for processing. Occasionally shipments may take longer due to inventory shortages or shipping delays; we can not assume that there will not be shipping delays or inventory shortages during the holiday season. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers as soon as they become available to us. We do encourage you to complete the survey provided by Yahoo! Shopping, as this will ensure that we can continue to bring the best quality merchandise to our customers.

Return Policy For Our Cedar Patio Furniture:
If you find that your product has been damaged in shipping, please keep all original packing material and notify us at info@thecedarmeadow.com of the problem. Please DO NOT attempt to return the package yourself; we at The Cedar Meadow patio accessories will work with UPS to pick up your defective merchandise. Returns due to shipping damage must be handled by us so we can maintain product records. If original packaging is discarded before UPS has a chance to inspect the damage, or if damaged items are shipped back to us without our authorization, then UPS will deny our damage claim and we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. We ask that if you need to return damaged merchandise then please email us, sit back, don't worry, and let us do the work!
If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted if a return request is made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or parts missing. The cost of the return shipping will be charged to the customer. Simply contact Cedar Meadow Patio at info@thecedarmeadow.com and we will send a return invoice to you via email. This invoice must completed with required information, printed, and attached to the outside of each package being returned. The return invoice has a pre-printed remission value for the returning shipment of $10.00, as the merchandise is returned to our crafters in Canada and needs to clear customs at the border. Please do not alter this figure, or duty charges will be applied at the border which will be deducted from any refund. The Return Invoice MUST be attached to any and all returns and exchanges. Repackage any merchandise being returned and send it back to us (pre-paid) by the shipper of your choice.
Warranty replacements can be issued if the product is found to be defective or damaged within 30 days of normal use. Please include supporting pictures or proof of defect of any parts or items claimed to be defective. We will replace the damaged part or item free of charge at our discretion.
Shipping on any return must be pre-paid by the customer returning the merchandise.

Any merchandise returned must be returned in original condition containing all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packages, and manuals. Open boxes will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking fee if any of the above is found to be in poor condition.
You agree the The Cedar Meadow is responsible only for the cost up to and not exceeding the replacement price of your purchase. You agree that The Cedar Meadow will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential, damage resulting from the possession, use, misuse, or loss of the merchandise sold through The Cedar Meadow via the Cedar Meadow Patio online store.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, or republish any material from our site without our consent in writing.
